Your Responsibilities:
-
Consulting international Automotive OEMs & Suppliers in the EV and EV Battery Area (from mine to vehicle) in following functions: Strategy, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management etc.

Analysis of complex issues, the conceptualization of solution approaches and implementation (support) according to customers' needs
-
Overall Project & stakeholder Management: Preparation of decisions makings, Structuring, Tracking, Management-Reporting of critical issues on a regular basis
Your Skillset:

>0,5 years of experience within Automotive and/or Battery Industry or similar
-
Fluency in English (spoken + written)

University Degree in at least Bachelor of Arts or Science (e.g. Engineering or other technical related field)

Ability to use Office365 tools efficiently (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)

Open mindset and willingness to work with a multi-national team

Motivation and readiness for very frequent business travel in Europe and outside Europe

Strong (self-) organizational skills and problem-solving

Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude

Entrepreneurial spirit

Strong communication and presentation skills

Valid driver’s license cat. B

Flexibility with regards to working hours

Applicants should have their residency either in Poland or Germany

Applicant must have the ability (incl travel documents) to make frequent business travels within EU, to North America and Asia
