Your Responsibilities:

  • Operational consulting international Automotive OEMs & Suppliers in the EV and EV Battery Area (from mine to vehicle) in following functions: Strategy, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management etc.

  • Analysis of complex issues, the conceptualization of solution approaches and implementation (support) according to customers' needs

  • Overall Project Lead & Stakeholder Management: Preparation of decisions makings, Structuring, Tracking, Management-Reporting of critical issues on a regular basis

Must-Have Skillset & Requirements (please do not apply if you do not fulfill all of the below requirements):

  • >3 years of experience within Automotive and/or Battery Industry and >2 years in consulting industry

  • Fluency in English (spoken + written)

  • University Degree in at least Bachelor of Arts or Science (e.g. Engineering, Management or similar)

  • Ability to use PowerPoint and Excel on very good level

  • Open mindset and willingness to work with a multi-national team

  • Motivation and readiness for very frequent business travel in Europe and outside Europe

  • Strong (self-) organizational skills and problem-solving

  • Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Valid driver’s license cat. B

  • Flexibility with regards to working hours

  • Applicants should have their residency in Poland

  • Applicant must have the ability, including necessary travel documents, to make frequent business travels within EU, to North America and Asia
